1. Register a Customer Account
1.1. Visit https://mokrica.com/en/account/register/.
1.2. Sign up for a Customer Account.
1.3. Click the "Register" button.
2. Log in to your account
2.1. Experience the $79 Moca Package for 30 days (First-time registration).
2.2. Please fill in your business information and requirements.
2.3. Submit your registration request.
2.4. Mokrica confirms your registration details.
2.5. Open a Moca Package account ($79).
3. Account Activation
3.1. Email notification - Account Activation Successful!
3.2. The business account will receive $79.
4. Place Translation Orders
4.1. Create a translation order.
4.2. Make payment using Moca.
4.3. A professional Mokrica translator receives your order.
4.4. Email notification - Translation completed.
4.5. Log in to your account - Download the completed translation.
5. Settlement and Payment
5.1. Payment for used Moca
5.2. Refund the initial budget (Moca package trial of $79).
5.3. The business can continue placing orders.
5.4. Or upgrade the Moca service package.
• If the order exceeds the Moca Package budget, you can upgrade to a higher service package to meet your translation needs.
• You can pay for higher-value orders via online payment gateways. This will not affect your Moca balance.
• With the Moca Package, you can choose to pay for the total value of the orders monthly.
6. Accumulate Commissions, Rewards, and Levels Mokrica rewards business customers with the following incentives:
6.1. Commissions ranging from 5% to 10% per order, calculated based on the number of words in the order.
6.2. Rewards ranging from 0.5% to 3% per order, calculated based on the value of the completed order.
6.3. Levels ranging from 0.5% to 4%, based on the total value of completed orders within a quarter.
a) Log into the Business Member Account.
b) Statistics: Accumulate Commissions, Rewards, and Levels.
7. Terms of the Moca Package
7.1. The $79 trial package is valid for one month.
7.2. Payment for the Moca used will be made when an order is placed during the trial period.
7.3. If no orders are placed within the one-month trial, the account balance will be reset to $0.00.
7.4. Upon the first payment for the Moca used in the $79 trial, your account will automatically be reloaded with the initial $79 balance, following the "Use First - Pay Later" model.
7.5. After the trial period ends, if you continue using the Moca Service Package, the payment method will switch to "Pay First - Use Later."
