Approve Before approval, all customers have the opportunity to review the translator's translation. If the customer does not review the translation within 120 hours, it will be automatically approved.
Improved and Edit Translation Errors may occur during the translation process, and you can request that the translator correct your translation. The translator must receive this request from you within 24 hours in order to complete the editing.
Reject Translation If you believe there are serious quality issues with the translation (for example, poor translation quality, missing or incomplete translation, or specify your other reason for rejection). In this case, our Quality Control Team will handle your rejection (1). If your refusal is valid, you are entitled to a refund / Your request to change the translator is granted. (2). If your rejection is found to be invalid, the translator will receive remuneration for the assigned work.
