If your translation order exceeds the budget of your initial Moca Package, you can easily upgrade to a higher service package to meet your needs.
We offer flexible upgrade options as follows:
• Package 2: $179 - Get Extra: $20
• Package 3: $279 - Get Extra: $30
• Package 4: $579 - Get Extra: $60
• Package 5: $779 - Get Extra: $120
This upgrade ensures that you always have enough budget to complete your translation orders quickly and professionally.
Option Not to Upgrade
If you prefer not to upgrade your Moca Package, you can make online payments for your orders through various payment gateways. This will not affect your Moca balance.
Moca Package Budget Replenishment
You can also choose to pay for previous orders, allowing the system to automatically replenish the budget of the Moca Package you originally selected. Once payment is completed, you can check if the current order fits within that budget and proceed with placing the order accordingly.
Monthly Payment Option
If you place multiple translation orders within a month, such as in July or August, you can choose to pay for the Moca coins used in any given month. This option provides flexibility in managing your budget and ensures convenience in placing orders.
Moca Package Upgrade Process
Before upgrading, please review the following figures:
• Package 1: 79 Moca (Initial package selected)
• Used: 49.04 Moca
• Remaining Moca: 29.97 Moca
Before upgrading
Step 1: Choose the Appropriate Moca Package
• Log in to your account and select the Moca package you wish to upgrade to in order to meet your translation needs (e.g., Package 2).
Upgrade to Package 2
• Click "Select" to proceed to the payment page for the selected Moca package.
Choose Paypal payment method
• You only need to pay $100 (100 Moca).
• Receive an additional $20 in your account (20 Moca).

Step 3: Complete the upgrade and review the Moca Package
• After a successful payment, you will receive a notification email, and the system will automatically upgrade your Moca package to a higher limit (Package 2).
• In the "Payment History" Tab - Moca Wallet Tab:
- Upgrade to Package 2: $179
- Additional amount received: $20

- After the upgrade, you will receive: $149.97
- You need to pay for the Moca used in previous orders: $49.04

This will bring your total Moca balance to: $199 (199 Moca)
Payment Details
With the newly upgraded Moca package, you can immediately start placing orders for your translation requests.
Notes:
• After you pay for the previous orders using the Moca already consumed, your account will be replenished according to the Moca package you selected.
• Upgrading your service package not only ensures you have the necessary Moca coins to complete translation orders but also provides optimal flexibility for your business, ensuring that all your translation requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
