How the Moca Package Works

Learn how the Moca Package works on Mokrica. Create translation orders, pay with your Moca balance, and receive completed translations quickly and efficiently.

How the Moca Package Works

The Moca Package is designed to simplify and streamline the way you manage translation projects on Mokrica.

1. Create an Order
Upload your document and provide the necessary details:

1.1. Upload the document to be translated
1.2. Select the source language
1.3. Select the target language
1.4. Choose the subject or field of the document
1.5. Enter the number of notarized copies (if required)

👉 Review your order details and click “Place Order” to proceed.

2. Pay with Your Moca Balance
Once your order is ready, you can pay using the Moca balance available in your account.

The system will automatically deduct the corresponding Moca amount based on the order value.

3. Order Assignment and Processing
Once payment is confirmed, your order is assigned to a translator with the right language and subject expertise. 

The translator will complete the translation according to the estimated delivery time shown on the order invoice.

4. Receive Your Completed Translation
When the translation is finished, you will receive an email notification.

You can then:
•    Log in to your Mokrica account
•    Go to My Orders → Completed
•    Download the final translation

You will have 120 hours (5 days) to review the translation.

If no revision request is submitted within this period, the translation will be automatically approved, and the translator will receive payment for the completed work.

5. Restore Your Moca Balance
To restore your original Moca Package limit, you simply need to pay for the Moca amount that has been used.

Once the payment is completed, the system will automatically restore your Moca balance, allowing you to continue creating new orders without interruption.

Example:
•    Initial Package: $79 (79 Moca)
•    Used: 30 Moca
👉 To restore the original limit, you only need to pay $30 (30 Moca).

After payment, your account balance will return to 79 Moca, allowing you to continue creating new orders.
