The glossary on the Mokrica platform provides definitions and explanations of key concepts, helping you understand how the system works. As a result, you can use and operate the platform more effectively.

Definition

1. Mokrica

Mokrica is a system that supports the execution and management of translation workflows, connecting clients with translators to handle multilingual content. 

2. Mokrica Platform

The Mokrica platform is an online environment where users can create translation orders, manage budgets, and collaborate with translators.

3. Client

A Client is an individual or business that needs to create translation orders on Mokrica.

4. User

A User refers to anyone using Mokrica, including both clients and translators.

5. Client Account

A Client Account is used to create and manage translation orders. 

 

💡 Allows you to:
• Create translation orders
• Make payments via Moca or online methods
• Track order progress
• Receive accumulated benefits such as commissions and rewards (CDR, TMR) when using the Moca Package

 

📌 Note:
TMR rewards apply only to Channel owners.

6. Translator Account

A Translator Account allows you to work on translation orders after being approved on Mokrica.

 

💡 With this account, you can:
• Receive suitable orders
• Perform translations according to Mokrica standards
• Earn payments, commissions, and rewards (CDR, TMR) when using the Moca Package

 

📌 Notes:
• TMR rewards apply only to Channel owners
• Orders are suggested based on the budget range of the Moca Package you are using

7. Content or Documents

Content or Documents refer to the data provided by clients for translation (e.g., text, contracts, websites, technical documents).

8. Translation Order

Order is a request created on the system, including content, language, timeline, and related requirements.

9. Source Language

The Source Language is the original language of the content to be translated.

 

📊 Example: English text → Source language is English

10. Target Language

The Target Language is the language into which the content will be translated.

 

📊 Example: Translating into Vietnamese → Target language is Vietnamese
 

11. Translation Field

The translation field indicates the subject area of the content, helping match the request with translators who have the appropriate expertise.

 

📊 Examples:
• Finance
• Healthcare
• Technology
• Legal

12. Estimated Completion Time

Estimated Completion Time is the system’s projected time for completing and delivering the translation, based on the size and complexity of the content or project.

13. Timezone

Timezone refers to the time setting used to display timestamps on the system, including order creation and completion times. 

💡 This helps synchronize time between clients and translators in different regions.

 

📌 Note:
You should set your correct timezone in your profile to ensure accurate time display.

14. Pending Tab

The Pending Tab displays orders that are waiting to be accepted or processed.

💡 This is the first step in the order workflow.

 

📌 Relevant orders are suggested here based on the Moca Package you are using.

15. Active Tab

The Active Tab displays orders that are currently being processed or are in progress.

 

💡 Includes orders that have already been accepted by translators.

16. Completed Tab

The Completed Tab displays orders that have been finished and delivered.

17. Cancelled Tab

The Cancelled Tab displays orders that have been cancelled and will not be processed further. 

 

💡 These orders may be cancelled by the client or by the system during processing.

18. Earnings

Earnings are the income you receive after completing an order and it has been approved. 
 

19. Commission

Commission is a benefit calculated per order based on the word count of the content (applies to the Moca Package).  

 

📊 Example:
The higher the word count → the higher the commission

20. Reward

Reward is a benefit earned per order, calculated based on the order value (applies to the Moca Package). 

 

📊 Example:
Higher-value orders → higher rewards

21. CDR Reward

The CDR Reward is a benefit calculated based on the total number of orders created in a month after exceeding 10 orders (applies to the Moca Package).

 

💡 Encourages consistent activity.

22. TMR Reward

The TMR Reward is a benefit calculated based on the total Moca used by members within a Channel.

 

💡 Reflects the overall performance of the Channel.
 

23. Order Recommendations

Order Recommendations refer to the system displaying relevant orders to translators in the Pending Tab, based on the language pairs set in their profile and the Moca Package they are using

 

💡 The orders displayed may vary between translators.

24. Cross-Channel Order Linking

Cross-Channel Order Linking is a mechanism that allows the system to automatically suggest orders to other Channels to find suitable translators based on language pairs when the current Channel cannot handle them. 

25. Moca Package (Moca Service Package)

The Moca Package is a translation budget package used to pay for orders on Mokrica.

26. Moca Package Budget

The Moca Package Budget is the total number of Moca available within your activated package.

27. Invoicing

Invoicing is a feature that allows you to create and manage payment invoices when placing orders using the Moca Package. 

 

💡 With this feature, you can:
• Create invoices for orders
• Customize invoice content and value
• Download invoices
• Send invoices to recipients

 

📌 This feature only applies to orders paid using the Moca Package.

💡 It is especially suitable for business operations within a Mokrica Channel, allowing flexible adjustment of invoice values based on actual needs. 

28. Moca Used

Moca Used is the total amount of Moca you have spent to pay for orders.

💡 1 Moca = 1 USD

29. Payment for Moca Used

Payment for Moca Used refers to paying for the Moca you have spent in order to restore your package budget to its original amount.

30. Moca Package Restoration

After paying for the Moca you have used, the Moca Package is automatically restored to its original state for continued use.

31. Moca Package Upgrade

A Moca Package Upgrade is the process of moving to a higher-budget package by paying the price difference between packages. 

 

💡 When upgrading, you only need to pay the difference and may receive bonus Moca (if applicable).

 

📊 Example:
Upgrade from $79 to $179 → You pay an additional $100 → Receive bonus Moca based on the current program.

32. Payment

Payment is the process of paying for orders or services using the Moca Package or online payment methods.

33. Mokrica Channel

A Mokrica Channel is a dedicated workspace that allows you to organize, manage, and operate translation activities proactively.

34. Channel Name

Channel Name is the display name of the Channel on the system, helping users identify your Channel. 

35. Channel Description

The Channel Description is a section where you can enter information to introduce your Channel and its area of activity. 

36. Channel URL

Channel URL is the direct link to access the Channel, allowing users to create orders through your Channel.

37. Add Translators to Channel

Add Translators to Channel is a feature that allows you to invite translators to join the Channel to receive and process orders. 

38. My Orders

My Orders is a list of orders prioritized and displayed for you to review, accept, and process.

 

💡 These orders are suggested when you are using the Moca Package. 

39. Group Orders

Group Orders is a list of orders displayed within a Channel, allowing members to accept and process them based on their configured language pairs.

40. Notification Emails

Notification Emails are system-generated messages sent to users to update the status of orders and translation activities on Mokrica, including order acceptance, processing, and completion. 

41. Transfer Order

Transfer Order is the action of moving an order to the group within a Channel so that other members can accept and process it. 

42. Channel Revenue

Channel Revenue is the total value of orders created and processed within the Channel.

43. Pinned Posts

Pinned Posts is a feature that allows important information to be displayed in a prioritized position within the Channel. 

 

📌 Only the Channel owner can create and pin posts for members to see.
 

44. Messages

Messages is a communication tool that enables members to exchange information and collaborate on handling orders within the Channel. 

45. Channel Policy

Channel Policy refers to the rules and operating principles of a Channel.
