3. Terms and Conditions
3.1. The Moca Service Package is valid only for placing translation orders on the Mokrica platform (1 Moca equals 1 USD).

3.2. The Moca Service Package cannot be redeemed for cash.

3.3. The Moca package will automatically be restored immediately after the used Moca credits are paid

3.4. Upgrade the Moca Service Package to receive a higher limit and pay for larger value orders.

For each order placed through the Moca Service Package, you will earn accumulated commissions, rewards, and levels. This means you will benefit financially from each order you place.

• Commission from 5% to 10% per order, based on the number of words in the order.

• Rewards from 0.5% to 3% per order, based on the completed order value.

• Levels achieved from 0.5% to 4%, based on the total value of completed orders within a quarter.

5. Payment with Moca
Use Moca to pay for translation orders through the Moca Service Package, making your payment process easier and more convenient.

6. Moca Refund

6.1. Complete your translation order and pay with Moca. 

6.2. The system will automatically refund your account with the initial balance of the Moca Package you selected. 

6.3. Check your account to confirm that the balance has been restored.

7. How to Upgrade Your Moca Service Package
To upgrade your Moca Service Package, follow these steps: 

7.1. Log in to your account on the Mokrica platform. 

7.2. Select the Moca Package you wish to upgrade. 

7.3. Click the option to proceed to the payment page. 

7.4. Review the information and choose a payment method, such as VNPay or PayPal. 

7.5. After successful payment, the system will automatically upgrade your package. 

7.6. Log in again to confirm and start placing orders with the upgraded Moca Package.
