You will receive this email immediately after completing your translation order on the platform.

To confirm that your order has been successfully created and is currently pending processing. 

 

👉 What You Need to Do

→ Review your order details in the email
→ Log in to your account → go to My Orders → select the Pending tab
→ Complete the payment to proceed with order processing

👉 You can make payment through the secure online payment methods supported by Mokrica.

After you complete the payment:

•  The order will be moved to “Active” status
•  The system will suggest and assign suitable translators to handle your order

→ Log in to your Mokrica account
→ Go to My Orders
→ Open the order to review and download the translated file

👉 Please review the content to ensure it meets your requirements.

 

🔄 What Happens Next?

After your order is completed:

•   You can use the translation for your work or projects
•   You can store or download the file at any time
•   You can create new orders whenever needed

•   You can approve the translation after reviewing the content
•   If no action is taken, the system will automatically approve the order after 72 hours

→ Ensure your revision details are clear and complete
→ Go to My Orders to track your order status

After submitting your revision request:

•   The translator will review and update the content accordingly
•   Completion time depends on the length and complexity of the revisions
•   The revised version will be sent back to you as soon as possible

👉 What You Need to Do

→ Log in to your Mokrica account
→ Click on the notification icon
→ Open the order to review and download the revised version

👉 Please review the content to ensure all requested changes have been properly addressed.

After the revision is completed:

•  You can use the updated translation
•  If everything meets your expectations, you can proceed to approve the order
•  If no action is taken, the system will automatically approve the order after 24 hours

You have rejected the translation for your order. Your request has been recorded and is being reviewed for further handling.

You will receive this notification when you reject the translation after the order has been completed.

To confirm that you did not accept the current translation and that your request has been submitted for review.

 

👉 What You Need to Do

→ Review the translation content and your rejection reason
→ Track your order status for updates

🔄 What Happens Next?

After you reject the translation:

•  Your request will be received and evaluated by the system
•  The order may be reprocessed or handled through additional support
•  You will be notified once a resolution is available

•  If your rejection is valid, you will receive a full refund or the order will be reopened for another translator
•  If your rejection is not valid, the order may be approved, or the translation will be revised and sent back to you

To confirm that your order has been successfully canceled and is no longer pending processing.

After the order is canceled:

•  The order will not be processed or assigned

Your translation order has not been paid yet and is about to expire. Please complete the payment to proceed with processing.

You will receive this notification when your order has been created but not yet paid and is approaching the automatic cancellation time.

To ensure your order is processed in time and avoid any interruption.

→ Log in to your Mokrica account
→ Open your order in My Orders
→ Complete the payment to proceed

 

🔄 What Happens Next?

If you complete the payment:

•  Your order will move to the processing stage
•  The system will suggest suitable translators to take on your order

If you do not complete the payment:

•  Your order will be automatically deleted after 48 hours
•  You will need to create a new order to continue using the service

Your hard copy document has been sent and is on its way to the address you provided.

You will receive this notification when the hard copy of your order has been dispatched.

→ Track the delivery process (if available)

After the document is sent:

You will receive this notification when you access the Mokrica Channel section and begin the channel creation process.

To guide you through the process of creating your channel and help you understand the necessary steps to activate and operate it effectively.

→ Go to the Mokrica Channel section
→ Click Start Creating Channel
→ Set up your channel information (name, description, field)
→ Proceed to activate your channel

• You successfully create an order in the Channel
• The system has recorded and saved the order

 

🎯 Purpose

To confirm that the order has been successfully created and is ready to be processed.

 

👉 What you need to do

→ Log in to your Mokrica account
→ Go to your Channel
→ Check the order in My Orders or Group Orders
→ Monitor the status and progress

👉 The order has been recorded and is being distributed to suitable translators.

 

🔄 What happens next?

After the order is created:

• The order will be suggested to members matching the required language pairs
Channel members can accept and process the order
• Once completed, the client will review and approve

You have received an invitation to join a Channel on Mokrica. Joining a Channel allows you to access translation orders and start working on tasks that match your expertise.

You will receive this notification when:

• You are invited by a client or Channel owner to join a Channel
• The Channel is looking for members matching your language pairs

 

🎯 Purpose

To help you connect with a Channel and access suitable translation orders.

 

👉 What you need to do

→ Log in to your Mokrica account
→ Review the Channel invitation
Accept or decline the invitation

👉 Join the Channel to start receiving and working on suitable orders.

 

🔄 What happens next?

• If you accept the invitation → you become a Channel member and can receive orders
• If you declineyou will not join this Channel

You have left the Channel on Mokrica. You will no longer receive or process orders from this Channel.

You will receive this notification when:

• You leave the Channel voluntarily
• Or you are removed from the Channel by the Channel manager

 

🎯 Purpose

To confirm that you are no longer a member of the Channel and will no longer participate in its activities.

 

👉 What you need to do

→ Check the Channel you are currently in (the Channel you left will no longer be visible or accessible)
→ Join other Channel to expand your opportunities
👉 You can still receive order suggestions outside of Channels as usual.

 

🔄 What happens next?

• You will no longer see new orders from this Channel
• Orders in this Channel will no longer be available to you
• You can still receive orders outside of Channels and join other Channel

 

💡 Notes

• Leaving a Channel does not affect completed orders
• Related orders will continue to be processed and recorded as usual by the system

➡️ Client left Channel notification(6)

The client has left the Channel on Mokrica. New orders from this client will no longer be suggested within this Channel.

 

📩 When will you receive this

You will receive this notification when:

• The client leaves the Channel voluntarily
• Or the client is removed from the Channel by the Channel manager

 

🎯 Purpose

To confirm that the client is no longer participating in the Channel, and new orders  from this client will no longer be processed within this Channel.

 

👉 What you need to do

→ Monitor existing orders in the Channel
→ Continue processing ongoing orders (if any)

👉 Existing orders will continue to be processed as usual.

 

🔄 What happens next?

• Ongoing orders will continue and be completed
• The client may join another Channel or be invited to a new one
• New orders (if any) will be processed in the Channel the client joins

 

💡 Notes

• Leaving the Channel does not affect previously created orders
Earnings will be recorded once orders are completed and approved

➡️ Channel order distribution (Synchronized) (7)

New orders in the Channel have been distributed. Notifications are sent simultaneously to suitable translators to access and accept the orders.

 

📩 When will you receive this

You will receive this notification when:

Orders are created and shared within the Channel
• You are a member of the Channel
• The orders match your configured language pairs

 

🎯 Purpose

To help translators quickly access and accept orders within the Channel.

→ Log in to your Mokrica account

→ Navigate to Group Orders
→ Review details and accept the order if suitable

→ Review details and accept the order if suitable
