To use translation services on Mokrica, you need a Customer account.


Steps:
1. Go to the Mokrica registration page.
2. Select Register as Customer.
3. Enter the required information:
•    Full name
•    Email address
•    Phone number
•    Country
4. Click Register.


After signing up, log in and start creating translation orders.

A Translator account allows you to receive and complete translation projects on Mokrica.


Steps:
1. Go to the Mokrica registration page.
2. Select Register as Translator.
3. Enter your basic information:
•   Full name
•   Email address
•   Phone number 

4. Complete your translator profile:
•   Profile photo
•   Short introduction about you
•   CV or certifications
•   Language pairs
•   Translation field
•   Translation experience


Once your profile is verified and activated, you can start receiving project recommendations.

To log in to your Mokrica account: 


Steps:
1. Go to the Mokrica login page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Enter your password.
4. Click Log In.

 

After logging in successfully, you can manage your account, create translation orders, or receive translation projects.

Creating an account on Mokrica is simple and only takes a few minutes to get started. 

 

👉 Steps to follow:

1️⃣ Go to the sign-up page
Click the “Sign Up” button on the Mokrica homepage. 

 

2️⃣ Enter your account information
Fill in the required details such as:
• Email
• Password
• Display name (or company name)

 

3️⃣ Confirm your registration
Check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account. 

 

4️⃣ Log in and get started
Once verified, you can log in and start creating translation orders. 

 

💡 Notes:

• Use a valid email to receive notifications and manage your account
• Set a strong password to keep your account secure 
• You can update your account information after logging in

 

With just a few simple steps, you can create an account and start using Mokrica to manage your translation tasks quickly and efficiently.

➡️Can I use one email for multiple accounts?

Yes. You can use the same email address to create both a Customer account and a Translator account.

 

This lets you:
•   Order translations as a Customer
•   Receive and complete projects as a Translator
After logging in, you can switch between roles depending on your needs.

 

Note:
Each email address can create one Customer account and one Translator account.

Mokrica offers different types of accounts to suit various roles within the translation ecosystem:

 

Customer Account
Designed for individuals or businesses who need translation services.
✅Users can create orders, track progress, and manage documents on the platform. 

 

Translator Account
Designed for language professionals who provide translation services.
✅Translators can receive suitable jobs, complete translations, and manage their work on the platform.

 

Partner Channel
Designed for individuals or organizations who want to develop business activities on Mokrica.

A Partner Channel allows you to:
•   Create and manage your own customers
•   Proactively create translation orders
•   Build teams and expand your network
•   Optimize revenue based on order value

Profile Management

➡️Update client profile

Individual / Company Name
Enter your personal name or company name that uses translation services.
This information may be used for invoicing and order management.

 

Company Introduction
You can write a short description of your company or organization.
For example:
•    Business field
•    Translation needs
•    Markets you operate in

 

Business Field / Industry
Select or enter your industry.
Examples include:
•    Education
•    Tourism
•    Legal
•    Commerce
•    Technology
This information helps the system recommend suitable translators for your projects. 

 

Contact Person
Enter the details of the person responsible for communication during translation projects. This may include:
•    Contact name
•    Email address
•    Phone number

➡️Update translator profile

How to Update Your Translator Profile
•    Log in to your Mokrica account.
•    Go to Translator Profile.
•    Update your professional information.
•    Click Save Changes.

 

Personal Introduction
Write a short description of your translation experience and expertise.

 

Language Pairs
Select the language pairs you can translate.
Examples:
•    English → Vietnamese
•    Vietnamese → English
•    Korean → Vietnamese
The system will recommend projects based on your selected language pairs.

 

Degrees / Certifications
You can upload your CV, degrees, or translation-related certificates (if available).

 

Translation field
Select the fields where you have translation experience.
Examples include:
•    Legal
•    Business
•    Medical
•    Technology
•    Tourism

 

Translation Experience
Provide information about your years of experience or previous translation projects.
This helps clients better understand your expertise.

 

Translation Tools (CAT Tools)
You can list the translation tools you use.
Examples:
•    SDL Trados
•    MemoQ
•    Wordfast
•    Smartcat
This information helps increase the credibility of your translator profile.

 

Password & Security

➡️What should I do if I cannot Log In?

If you cannot log in, check the following:


1. Check Your Email and Password
•   Make sure you entered the correct registered email address.
•   Check your password again (passwords are case-sensitive).

 

2. Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password, use the Reset Password feature.
If you still cannot log in, contact Mokrica Support for assistance. 

➡️Reset your password

If you forgot your password, you can request a temporary password to be sent to your registered email.

 

Steps
1. Go to the Login page on Mokrica.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Click Submit.

 

The system will send a temporary password to your email.
You can then use this temporary password to log in to your account.

 

Note
After logging in successfully, you should change your password to keep your account secure.

➡️Change your password

You can change your password at any time in your Account Settings.

 

Steps
1. Log in to your Mokrica account.
2. Go to Profile Account Settings.
3. Select Change Password.
4. Enter:
•    Current password
•    New password
•    Click Save Changes.

 

Your new password will be applied the next time you log in.

➡️Account security

Do not share your login information with others. Use a strong password to protect your account.
