Priority in Receiving Suitable Jobs
Job Proposal Priority: Members will receive priority in accepting orders that match their language pair and expertise. Jobs will be automatically proposed in the Pending tab, making it easy for you to accept without wasting time searching.
Access to "My Orders": This is a personal job storage where you can actively manage and receive tasks. Here, suitable jobs are directly suggested from orders created by Moca. If a job does not match your language pair, the system will automatically assign it to your team members for processing. This not only helps you work more efficiently but also fosters close connections within your team, optimizing order completion.
Creating Translation Orders and Invoicing
Members have the right to create and invoice clients for translation needs easily through Moca. This feature allows members to proactively create orders and take control of their income. Especially, with Moca, it also replenishes the initial budget to create more new translation orders after Moca's payment.
This provides flexibility, ensuring members are not financially disrupted when creating orders, expanding business operations in the translation field continuously, and serving a diverse range of languages.
Mutual Support Among Team Members

When you create a translation order that does not match your language pair or expertise, it will be shared with other team members, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client translation requests.

Income Enhancement
The Mokrica reward system is designed to create added value to the income of each member in the group based on the value of Moca order creation and collaboration with other members for sustainable work (Members can earn passive income without receiving orders), specifically:
• Rewards ranging from 0.5% to 3%, based on the value of orders created by Moca.
• Commission ranging from 5% to 10% calculated based on the number of words in each order.
• Achievement levels ranging from 0.5% to 4%, based on the total value of completed orders in a quarter.
• Additionally, the CDR ratio allows members to receive an extra 10% income for orders created exceeding 10 orders each month.
This benefit contributes to building a mechanism for passive and fair income increase for all members, helping translators address income issues and succeed in their careers.
