🚀 How to Create a Business Channel on Mokrica

Creating a Business Mokrica Channel helps you build your own translation system, proactively manage workflows, connect with language experts, and improve operational efficiency. 

Below is the step-by-step process to create a Business Mokrica Channel

Step 1: Log in to Mokrica

✅Access the Mokrica platform and log in using your email.
✅On the left side of the screen, click “Mokrica Channel” to start creating your Channel.

Step 2: Set Up Your Channel

✅ Banner: Use an image with a minimum size of 2048 x 1152 pixels and a maximum file size of 6MB.

✅ Profile Picture: Use an image with a minimum size of 98 x 98 pixels and a maximum file size of 4MB. Use PNG or GIF format (no animation).

✅ Channel Name: Choose a name that matches your business field or supported languages (e.g., English–Vietnamese Translation Channel, Multilingual Channel).

✅ Channel Description: Provide a brief description of your services and strengths. This content will appear on your landing page and support search visibility.

✅Channel URL: Use this URL to share with customers so they can access your Channel and place orders.

✅Expand Customer Base via Channel: Upload your customer list using an Excel file. The system will support connection and allocate initial budget to customers after approval, enabling them to start using services and placing orders through your Channel.

✅Add Translators to the Channel: Invite translators to join your Channel to receive and process orders.

Step 3: Activate Your Channel

After completing the setup, click “Activate Channel” to start using all Channel features.

📋 Notes on Channel Activation

When clicking “Activate Channel”, you will be redirected to the verification and payment step. After completion, your Channel will be activated and the system will grant a Moca Package (279 USD) to your account so you can start using the services.
