•    The Hongkong Visa Application Form at the latest form.
•    Original passport (valid for at least 6 months) + Old passport (if any).
•    2 photos size 4 x 6cm , white background, and taken no more than 3 months.
•    ID Card.
•    Certified copy of all Household Registration Book’s pages.
•    Marriage certificate (If travelling with spouse).
•    Birth Certificate (if travelling with your child).

EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS
If you are an employee
•    Labor Contract / Appointment Decision.
•    Payroll for the last 3 months.
•    Original Leave of absence letter affixed company’s seal .
If you are a business owner
•    Business Registration Certificate.
•    Receipt of tax payment in the last 3 months (in case of online tax payment, please print out and affixed company’s seal).
•    Company Account Balance Confirmation Letter.
If you are a retiree
•    Retirement Card/Retirement Decision/Pension book.
If you are a Buddhism monk & nun/Catholic monk
•    Buddhism monk and nun / Catholic monk card.
•    The Leave of Absence Decision (Original).

PROOF OF FUNDS 
•    Passbook valued at least USD 3,000 and submitted for at least 3 months prior to the submission date of the visa application).
•    Certificate of land use right, ownership of house, cars, etc. (if any).
•    Other income sources : Contracts for rental houses, cars, land (if there are house, land, car for rent).

 
TRAVEL ITINERARY
•    Travel schedule to Hongkong in details with place of visit, arrival time, return time…
•    Booking confirmation of round trip flight ticket to Hongkong and Hotel Booking Confirmation in Hongkong.
•    Travel Insurance.

•    The Decision on sending employee on the business trip and business invitation letter from the Hongkong Company.
If you are a business owner
•    Business Registration Certificate.
•    Receipt of corporate income tax payment in the last 3 months.
•    Company Bank Account Balance Confirmation Letter.

Profile of the guarantee company
•    Original invitation letter affixed Company seal (specify details of contents, reasons, time of invitation, commitment to return home on time ; full name of the inviting company, name of the inviting company representative, company address and contact phone number).
•    Guarantee letter, stamped by the company.
•    Business Registration Certificate
•    Receipt of Tax Payment.
•    Company’s seal specimen certificate issued within 3 months near the submission date.
•    Photocopy the passport page of the inviting person (whose name is in the business registration certificate)
•    Work schedule.

 
PROOF OF FUNDS
•    Original Passbook and Bank Account Balance Confirmation Letter (valued at least USD 3,000 and deposited for at least 3 months up to the submission date).
•    Certificate of land use right, ownership of house, cars, etc. (if any).

TRAVEL ITINERARY
•    Confirmation of a Flight Reservation – Round trip.
•    Hotel Booking Confirmation.
•    Work Schedule in Hongkong.
