•    Germany Tourist Visa Application Form at the latest form.
•    Signed original passport valid for at least 6 months. In case of short-term visa, your passport must be valid for at least 3 months.
•    2 photos size 4 x 6cm, white background, face seen clearly, less than 6 months.
• Certified copy of all Household Registration Book’s pages.
• Certified copy of ID Card and curriculum vitae.
• Original and certified copy of birth certificate.
• Certificate of marital status (single, marriage, divorce).
•  Child's birth certificate (if traveling with little children who has no identity card).

EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS
If you are an employee
•    Labor contract / Appointment decision (certified copy of company).
•    Health Insurance.
•    Payroll for the least 3 months.
•    Original Leave of absence letter affixed company’s seal (reason and duration of travel to Germany).
If you are business owner
•    Business Registration Certificate.
•    Receipt of tax payment in the last 3 months (In case of online tax payment, please print it out and affix the company seal).
•    Company Account Balance Confirmation Letter.
If you are a retiree
•    Retirement Certificate and pension payroll.
If you are a Buddhism monk & nun/Catholic monk
•    Buddhism monk and nun / Catholic monk card.
•    The Leave of Absence Decision (Original).

PROOF OF FUNDS
•    Original Passbook and Bank Account Balance Confirmation Letter (valued at least USD 5,000 and submitted for at least 3 months up to the submission date).
•    Certificate of land use right, ownership of house, cars, etc. (if any).

TRAVEL ITINERARY
•    Travel schedule to Germanyin details (place of visit, arrival time, return time…)
•    Booking confirmation of round trip flight ticket to Germanyand Hotel Booking Confirmation in Germany.
•   Europe travel insurance with value of 30,000 Euros. The insurance is valid for the duration of your stay in Germany and the Schengen countries (if any).

Documents of the guarantee company
•    Original invitation letter affixed Company seal (specify details of contents, reasons, time of invitation, commitment to return home on time ; full name of the inviting company, name of the inviting company’s representative, company address and contact phone number).
•    Letter of guarantee affixed seal of company.
•    Business Registration Certificate
•    Receipt of Tax Payment.
•    Company’s seal specimen certificate issued within 3 months near the submission date.
•    Photocopy the passport page of the inviting person (whose name is in the business registration certificate)
•    Work schedule.

 
PROOF OF FUNDS
