Steps of Mokrica translation

1. Upload your content
The online control panel allows you to upload the content to be translated in PDF, WORD (DOC, DOCX), EXCEL (XLS, XLSX), Image, etc.

2. Choose a language and specialty  
Just choose the source language and target language from your order form. Then choose a  specialty  and go on to the next step!

 


3. Review your order
Total words, Total amount, Estimated completion date.

 

 

4. Order and pay
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard….If you have a limitation with your account in invoicing, please, contact our support team via support@mokrica.com and we will help you solve the problem .

 


5. Translators receive your order
Professional linguists who were approved will take your order, as well as your request for translation. 

 

6. Payment history
You can review your payment history/Statistics from your orders.

 


7. You’ve already done!
Your project is being worked on. Once done, you will be notified via your email!

How do I reset my password?

There are several ways to reset your password:
1. If you forgot your password, go to the Mokrica homepage and click "Sign In" on the top right of the screen. When you get to the "Log In" page, click "Forgot Password?", enter your email address and a temporary password will be emailed to you. You can use this temporary password to reset your password.

Pricing

How much will my translation cost? Can I get a quote?

If you have the available source document to be translated, you just upload it to Mokrica's online control panel. The system will automatically detect the word count to estimate based on our benchmark.

Basic:
Pricing: $0.007 – $0.09/ Word
Types of documents: Degrees, Certifications, Licenses, Contracts.

 

Standard:
Pricing: $0.015 – $0.15 /Word
Types of documents: Product manual, Financial economics.

 

Advanced:
Pricing: $0.019 – $0.21 /Word
Types of documents: Legal, Medical, Science, Technology.


 

Can I get a discount?

Mokrica is designed to bring added value to you and we have saved about 70% compared to traditional translation companies. In addition, regular translation customers will receive many incentives. Therefore, we do not offer price-dropped..


 

Translation orders

How long does my translation take?

Completion time of translation is calculated by our platform based on the size of the project. Our average translation speed is 3000 words/day per translator.

What types of files can I upload?

Our control panel allows you to upload the most popular file types, get quotes and order translations.
Supported file formats:
•    Acrobat (.pdf) 
•    Excel (.xls, xlsx)
•    Word (.doc, .docx)
•    Image (.PNG, .JPG)
* The PDF file must be text-based (selectable text). We currently do not accept scanned data or image-based PDFs.

I uploaded my documents and ordered. What happens next?

Your order has been successfully placed! Your order will be received by our Linguist "Based on your details and requests". Then an email notification shall be sent to your email so that you can pay translation rates and we will proceed with the translation.


 

Can I impose a deadline for my translation? 

Currently, there is no way to impose a specific deadline for your translation. However, we can provide up to 300,000 words per/day for all language pairs.


 

How to create translation orders with file formats (Docx, Doc), Excel (Xls, Xlsx) and PDF?

Step 1: Upload your document to translate
•    Type your order name
•    Choose “Upload file” 
•    Click  the tab “Choose file” to upload 


Step 2: Select the language and subject
•    Select the target language “Translate from” 
•    Select the target language “Translate to” 
•    Select “Subject” and do the next step

 


Step 3: View order details and place an order

What should I do if I request an urgent translation?

What is going to happen,  if I have an urgent translation order?
We have a system for calculating estimated delivery times for your online projects. If you are in a hurry and would like your translation to be completed in a shorter time, you can contact our support team to discuss your needs. The project manager will access your project and recalculate the delivery time.


 

How to download a completed translation order?

Your translation order has been completed and an email notification will be sent to you. You just need to log in to your account to download the "Completed" order.


 

Can I cancel my order after it has been ordered?

You can only cancel your order before it is received by the translator. Once the translator has started working, you cannot cancel the order.

How do I cancel my order?

You log in to your Mokrica account, go to "My Orders" page, in the "Pending" Tab, select your order to "Cancel order".

 


 

Payments

What payment options do you support?

Mokrica Translation accepts payment methods, including:
•    Credit/Debit card.
•    PayPal

How can I get an invoice for my payment?

If you need a receipt for your order, you can download it as a printable PDF file.


 

Can I pay after the translation is done?

You can pay after ordering if your order amount is more than 1000 USD. Our project manager will visit your project and confirm your payment request afterward.


 

What are Moca service packages and how can I buy them?

Moca translation package is the prepaid balance in your account. You can buy a Moca translation package instead of using your credit card or Paypal account many times.

Who and where is your translator?

Our translators are usually citizens living abroad, other countries; Is a global group of bilingual individuals with excellent writing skills and a passion for translation. They come from all over the world, from all different circumstances, and share the same desire to work flexibly and effectively in the field of translation.


 

How are your translators tested?

All of our translators pass the 2-stage check process
•    Start with a multiple choice test
•    End with a test scored by our Language Experts
Only about 3.9% of the candidates passed the test.


 

How to hire your language experts?

Our language experts are native speakers with many years of experience and expertise in translation. We carefully check and ensure that they follow Mokrica's quality assurance process and evaluate the translator's experience before they are accepted. 


 

Get Your Translation

Download completed translations and review your translations

Once the translation is complete, you will receive an email notification of the completed order sent to you. You log in to your Mokrica account, go to "My Orders", "Completed" Tab to download the entire document to your computer to check the translation quality.


You have 120 hours (5 days) to review your translation, it will be automatically approved after such period. 


During this 5-day period, you have 3 options:

1.    Approving the translation
2.    Asking for editing
3.    Refusing translations


 

Where can I give feedback on my translation?

After approving the translation, you can find a Comment form. Let us know how you feel about the completion time, translation quality, and the translator's responsiveness to your comments.


 

When should I request an edit?

If the final product is unsatisfactory, you can create a dispute, in which case the quality management team will try to resolve the issue according to Company’s Terms and Policy.


 

Can I refuse a translation if it is unsatisfactory?

If the final product is unsatisfactory, you can create a dispute, in which case the quality management team will try to resolve the issue according to Company’s Terms policy.


 

Do you provide notarization services for translated documents?

If you would like to notarize your translated documents, we offer this service for an additional fee.


 

Can you send the translated documents to my mailing address once the translation is completed?

We usually provide all translated documents online via the Mokrica platform. Upon special request, we can deliver translated documents to your mailing address by parcel service. We will add the cost of the parcel service to your order. 


 

Other problems

Why can't I upload files for translation?

If you have trouble for uploading your translation files, it's possible that your file format is not supported or the file size is too large.


If your File is rejected, make sure the file format is supported by the platform and try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team support@mokrica.com and we will resolve your issue immediately.


 

Will my notes and comments in Microsoft Office files be translated?

Any "Notes" or "Comments" added to your Microsoft Office file will not count towards the word count and will not be translated. If you want to translate your notes, you'll need to add them to the body of your document.


 

Will the translator keep the format of my original translation?

In terms of design and layout, the translator will try to keep the original format of your translation. However, in all cases, some files may contain complex formatting (especially PDF or PowerPoint files) and this may not be possible, as editing can be very time-consuming.

 

Our translators will be responsible for translating the text, and it's your responsibility to fix any formatting issues to ensure the final translation is exactly what you want.
