3. Are there any deadlines for completing translations?
Each job will have a specific deadline "Estimated Completion Time." You need to complete the translation before this deadline to ensure quality service and maintain your reputation on the platform.
4. How do I submit the translation?
After completing the translation, you can submit it through Mokrica's system. Be sure to review the quality of your translation before submission.
5. How do I receive feedback from customers?
Customers can rate and provide feedback on the quality of your service after receiving the translation. You can view this feedback to improve your translation skills.
6. How should I handle customer requests for revisions or rejection of the translation?
If a customer requests revisions, you will receive a notification via email. Make the necessary changes and notify the customer. In case the translation is rejected, our Quality Control Team will handle the customer’s rejection request.

Your payment will be processed between the 1st and 5th of each month, based on completed and approved orders. You must download the completed job report and submit your request to our manager at least 7 days in advance. Payments will be made to your account after receiving your request.

Yes, you can download detailed reports on the translation jobs you have accepted and completed from your account dashboard on Mokrica.
10. How much will I earn per translation job I accept?
Each translation job you accept will earn you 50% of the order value.
11. Are there any fees I need to pay from my earnings?
Unlike some other platforms that may charge management or service fees, Mokrica does not require any fees from your earnings for the work you have accepted.
12. Is the income as a translator on Mokrica stable?
Income for translators on Mokrica can be stable if you regularly accept orders and maintain high-quality service. Earnings may vary depending on the number of orders you receive, customer requirements, and other factors such as competition from other translators.
13. If there are other translators with the same language pair as me, how will the jobs be assigned, and how can I receive them?
Translation jobs are proposed not only based on quality and experience but also on factors such as specialty settings in your profile. When you join as a Mokrica member, you will be prioritized for jobs that match your language pairs and specialties. If a job does not fit, you can forward the order to the member group for support and handling. This increases your chances of getting jobs and ensures that each order is completed effectively.
14. Can I increase my income from activities other than translation?
Yes, in addition to earning from translation work, you can increase your income through other activities when you join and become a Mokrica Member. Some benefits include:
• Commissions, Rewards, and Levels: Mokrica members have the opportunity to earn additional commissions and rewards based on each translation order, boosting overall income.
• Creating and Managing Orders: With the ability to create translation orders, you can receive and distribute work from your job repository. This allows you to maximize available translation opportunities.
• Forwarding Orders to a Translation Team: If a job does not fit your skills or if you have a high workload, you can forward the order to a translation team for support. This ensures service quality and optimizes income from projects.
