MOKRICA IS A TECHNOLOGY COMPANY THAT PROVIDES TRANSLATION SERVICES WITH A DIGITAL PLATFORM FOR USERS TO USE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS (TRANSLATORS). MOKRICA'S ROLE IS TO LINK USERS WITH THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS. MOKRICA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS AND/OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER, THE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE MUST BE BORNE BY THE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. THE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER IS NOT AN AGENT, EMPLOYEE OR OFFICER OF MOKRICA AND SOLUTIONS PROVIDED BY THE THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER ARE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE PROVIDED BY MOKRICA.
Membership Agreement
Terms and Conditions for the use of Mokrica.com member website.
1. General terms
This Agreement is the sole agreement between Mokrica.com and the members of the Mokrica.com site
1.1 BY COMPLETING THE MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ACCEPT EVERYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT. Read it carefully! If there's anything you don't understand, write a letter to info@mokrica.com to be explained.
1.2 Mokrica may modify these terms at any time. Those modifications will be notified to you via your registered email address/ Or we indicate such modification on the front page of our website and by using the website thereafter, you agree to the new terms of use.
1.3 When you join as an official member of Mokrica, you can ACCEPT TRANSLATION WORK FROM CUSTOMERS THROUGH YOUR TRANSLATION ID, each member account has only one Translation ID with Benefits including: REMUNERATION, COMMISSIONS, REWARDS AND ACHIEVED LEVELS IN A QUARTER. (as defined below).
2. Definitions
In these Terms of Use, the following words shall have the meanings set forth below:
Translation ID means the member's ID code, by using this ID code to send or share to users of services provided by third parties (translators) and the members are proposed jobs, get more commissions & rewards, achieved levels upon joining.
2.1 Σ Customer
Total customers are all customers who have registered for an account with your Translation ID.
2.2 Σ Order
Total Orders are all orders your customers have placed in a quarter.
2.3 Σ Number of words
Total number of words that your customers use translation services in a quarter.
2.4 Σ Amount
The total amount that your customers use translation services in a quarter.
2.5 Σ Commission
Total amount of commissions that you receive in a month.
2.6 Σ Reward
Total rewards that you receive in a quarter. Note, there are two rewards that you get. One is a reward based on the amount that the customer uses on each order and the other is a reward based on the level you have achieved in a quarter.
2.7 Σ Level
Total rewards based on the level you have achieved in a quarter, including 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond.
2.8 Moca Points
Moca Points is the number of points you have get in a quarter.
3. Membership Agreement (Representations, Warranties, and Commitments)
By joining the membership, you represent, warrant/commit that:
3.1 All provided information is true and correct.
3.2. You have full legal capacity to enter into the Membership Agreement and that you are eighteen (18) years old. You cannot enter into the agreement if you are under eighteen (18) years old.
3.3 You will keep and secure your account password, and use your account only for the purpose of using the Services on the existing Mokrica platform.
3.4 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.5 You will not attempt to disrupt or damage the current provided Mokrica Services in any way.
3.6 You will not permit others to use your identity or user status, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your membership account to any other person or entity.
3.7 You agree and warrant not to abuse existing tools or functions to perform adverse activities on the Mokrica.com website.
3.8 You will not use the Mokrica website to send and store any unauthorized material or information or for fraudulent purposes.
3.9. By joining as a member, you agree to comply with all laws applicable to you and/or your use of the Service.
3.10 You will not copy or distribute the Software or other content without written permission from Mokrica.
3.11 You must not misrepresent, defame, or insult Mokrica Employees, Customers, Contractors or Translators.
3.12 You agree that the Service may be affected by a number of objective factors (network lines, peak hours, weather effects, etc.), as a result, the quality and availability of the Service may not be guaranteed throughout. The Company will make our best effort in the process of providing the Service to you.
3.13 You agree that your use of the Service is subject to Mokrica's Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time in accordance with applicable law.
3.14 Do your best work. The proposed jobs/projects, when you accept them, be proud of the completion time and quality Do anything to keep your promise.
4. Compatibility
Although we are constantly evolving to access, view and use our Website on all devices and web browsers commonly used in markets, we do not guarantee compatibility with specific mobile devices or other hardware.
5. Eligibility
Our services are only available to members, language related working people or individuals and businesses that need language services. Joining as a member may form a binding contract between you and Mokrica. Our services are not intended for minors. If you are not eligible, please do not use Mokrica.com.
6. Privacy Policy
We will not give any of your personal information to anyone, now or forever. Unless of course we are obligated to do so by some legal authority etc. However, we may ask you if you would like us to provide some of your personal information to someone (such as a job poster or freelancer) or not. We will only share your information when you give us permission to do so.
7. Membership account, password and security
After becoming a registered member, you only use the translator's account password to log in to your member account. You may not disclose or share your password to any third party and you are solely responsible if you fail to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
8. Limitation of liability
MOKRICA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FORCE MAJEURE AS A RESULT OF EVENTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NATURAL DISASTERS, WARS, EPIDEMICS, TERRORIST ATTACKS, RIOTS, FIRES, FLOODS, STRIKES, DATA OR OTHER UNFORESEEABLE CASES BEYOND MOKRICA'S CONTROL.
9. Changes in the Service
9.1 Mokrica.com reserves the right to amend or stop the Service without notice to you or other users.
9.2 Mokrica will not be liable to the user or any third party if Mokrica.com exercises its right to amend or stop the Service.
10. Termination
Mokrica.com may terminate your membership account with or without reason at any time with immediate effect. Mokrica.com will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or cessation of your member account access.
If you object to any of the terms and conditions of this agreement or any subsequent amendments, or become dissatisfied in any way with the Service, then your sole remedy is to immediately stop using the Service.
Upon termination of your account, your membership access will immediately cease. You shall have no right and Mokrica.com shall then have no obligation to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.
11. Miscellaneous
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between Member and Mokrica. Mokrica may amend this Agreement or any other policy at any time and from time to time, and these amendments will become effective when we post them on this page. We'll amend the "Last Updated" date at the top.
