Your order storage is where you can easily receive translation requests. Here, you can directly accept orders or assign them to members in your group for them to receive and process.
6. Group Orders
Members in the group are ready to receive and process translation requests from clients as well as from other members in the group, ensuring that all translation orders are carried out promptly and contribute to the group's overall success.
7. Email Notifications to Members
This feature enables the Administrator to send email notifications about translation orders to all members in the group.
8. Messaging
• Administrators can send messages to members who have received translation orders, providing timely support throughout the translation process.
• Internal messages, also known as private messages, are used for Administrators to support members throughout their participation and work on the Mokrica system.
9. Forwarding Orders
• The "Forwarding Orders" status allows you to forward orders to other members in the group if you are unable to accept them.
• The "Order Coordination" feature enables administrators to forward orders outside the translator page or link them to other group members if no one in the group can accept them, ensuring that all orders are processed timely.

The system automatically calculates based on criteria such as CDR ratio, order completion progress, approval status, translation quality evaluation, and early completion time compared to the initial estimate.
13. CDR Ratio (Special)
Members participating in the group will have the opportunity to receive CDR rewards, also known as the Cumulative Completion Ratio. CDR is a metric that determines rewards for each member when the total number of orders in a month exceeds 10 (10% of the order value in that month). The CDR ratio is not just an incentive but also recognition for your positive contributions to the group's overall success.
