For Translators

Mokrica’s translation work is available for all fields in over 100 languages. To find online translation jobs in all languages, please log in to your translator account and check the jobs from our customers regularly. As our network develops, you can expect to receive more offers for professional linguists as well as freelance translators.

Process for customers to upload files to receive instant quotes and for the translators to take on the tasks:

Step 1: Files’ upload
Customers upload the files (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, and PDF Scan) or type the texts directly on the Mokrica system and name the orders.

Step 2: Instant quote
After the files have been uploaded successfully, the system will automatically analyze the word counts, produce instant quotes, and estimate the time for translators to finish the work and send the products to the customers. 

Step 3: Payment
Mokrica allows the customers to pay in the following ways:
    •    Credit/Debit card
    •    Paypal
    •    Bank transfer
    •    Postpaid service
    •    Moca services package

Step 4: Translator’s acquisition
After payment, the order will be received by translators who will carry out the translations as requested and finish the products on schedule. (Expected completion)

Step 5: Translations' completion
Mokrica values our customers' satisfaction since they are our direct clients. After the translations are finished, the customers will receive an email notifying them of the order's completion. Customers can consider the options of 'Approved,' 'Edit required,' or 'Rejected translations.' The customers will have 120 hours (2 days) to review the translations; after that, the translations will be automatically approved.

Step 6: Comments on translators
Customers can leave their comments on the translators if they have complaints or feedback about the translations’ quality. 

Step 7: Reports & Statistics
With each approved order, the translators’ remuneration, commissions, and rewards will be automatically added to the Translator Account.

2. WHEN YOU ARE QUALIFIED
After you have been approved, please review the "Frequently Asked Questions" here. When you feel ready, you can start working.
 
3. WHEN YOU WORK
We will send you a notification to start working. In Mokrica, the translation payments are sent directly to your accounts.
With Mokrica, you can expand your customer access and follow and take on jobs more easily.

You can develop your skills
Mokrica provides online translations and free registers relating to different professions to develop your skills and expand your knowledge so that you are ready for higher qualifications and more jobs through Mokrica.

After the translators are approved and can successfully log in to the Mokrica system, they can take on translation jobs.

Step 1: Access the Home page and select the Translation Jobs tab, which includes the following tabs:
• Pending
• Active
• Completed
• Cancelled

Step 2: In the Pending tab, pending orders waiting for translators include:
❖ Languages pair: Translate from – Translate to
❖ Subject/ Field and customers’ requests
❖ Order time and expected completion
❖ Word counts, fees, and remuneration

Click the Preview button to see the original text, and you can receive orders suitable for you.

Step 3: In the Active tab, you take on the customers’ orders, download the files, carry on the translations, and provide the products on schedule.
(*) After the translations are completed, upload the finished products and send them to the Customers. You must ensure that your translations are carefully checked before sending them to the Customers. 

(*) Translators can cancel the jobs they take within 1 hour, select the reasons for cancellation, enter the specific reason (if any), and press Send.

Note: If the received jobs are canceled after 1 hour, and the cancellation happens 3 times a month, you can no longer take on any jobs on the Mokrica platform.

Step 4: In the Completed tab, check your finished products
You have 120 hours (5 days) for Customers to Rate/Comment on your translations. After that period, the translations will be automatically approved, and your jobs will be finished. The rewards for the jobs will be added to your account.

Step 5: Select the Notification icon to see customers’ feedback
• Approve the translations
If the Customers have no requests for Edit / or Reject your translations, you will be paid through your account. 

• Request to edit the translations
If the Customers require to edit the translations, you will receive the notification via email, and the Collection will be displayed on your Notification page with the edit request. You have a maximum of 24 hours to complete the edit and send the edited products to the customers.

• Reject the translations
The Customers can reject your translations. It is the last resort since it cannot be edited.

Step 6: In the Statistics tab, check your income
The orders have been approved, and you can download your work management file.

Mokrica values our customers' satisfaction since they are your direct clients. You should, too. We advise you to send a short message to a customer to apologize for any mistakes and let them know you have finished the necessary edits. 

To take on translation jobs in the Mokrica platform, the translators must finish the information required in the Profile section.

Step 1: Access the Mokrica system; in the Information tab, translators fill in their personal information. Press the Save button. 

Step 2: In the Introduction tab, upload your CV and qualifications. Fill in your summary to complete the Profile. Below, translators upload the Education section, including University, Major, and Social Media (if any). Press the Save button.

Step 3: In the My Service tab, select the suitable Service, Language, Field, Experience, and Tools you use. Press the Save button. 

Step 4: In the Settings tab, select payment method; enter your email and payment information. Press the Save button.

Step 5: In the Contact tab, fill in your contact information. Press the Save button.

After being approved, you will receive a notification from Mokrica and start your job. In Mokrica, translation payments will be sent automatically to your account.

What is Translation ID?

The Translation ID serves as your unique identification number, designed to be shared with customers. By using this ID, you have the opportunity to earn commissions based on the word count for all language pairs.

The Translation ID plays a significant role in expanding and enhancing the income of Mokrica members.

Here are the key functions of the Translation ID:

1. If customer accounts with your ID place translation orders and make payments, you will receive additional commissions and rewards.

2. Translators are assigned jobs through the utilization of this ID.

3. Detailed commission and reward statistics are provided on a monthly basis.

Translation ID Policy

❖ Commission: A commission rate of 5 to 10% is applied based on the word count of each order.

❖ Reward: Customers will receive a bonus ranging from 0.5 to 3% of the total amount ordered.

How to Obtain an Offer via Translation ID?

There are two methods to share your Translation ID:

Method 1: Translators can share their Translation ID by tapping the designated button, selecting the platform (Facebook, WhatsApp, or Zalo) to share the ID, and posting it accordingly.

Method 2: Customers can register for an account and update their profiles with the assigned Translation ID.
