Mokrica.com makes professional guidance for members
Global trade and the spread of ideas and knowledge would not be possible without the skilled work of professional translators. The following guidelines, created by members of the Mokrica.com community to encourage members to increase their income through the Translation ID, at the same time focus on quality and professionalism when using this website.
 
Confirmation and adherence to these guidelines are required to join Mokrica Membership.

 
General guidance 
(*) Member is a Professional Translator
• Be polite in interactions with customers, prospects, suppliers and colleagues.
 
• Maintain an adequate and safe computer and work environment, and honestly and accurately represent abilities, qualifications and levels of experience. 
 
• Only accept work that you have the knowledge, resources and time to perform under agreed terms.
 

Guidelines for accepting jobs/projects
Each member has a Translation ID. It's your customer, Mokrica.com empowers you to take on jobs/projects through this Translation ID. So before we start on terms such as:

(*) Review jobs available to accept. 

(*) Received/performed work. 

(*) Standard/requirements of quality.

(*) Complete the translation within the assigned deadline.

(*) Keep privacy and data security.

(*) Review the completed work before sending it to the customer.

(*) Be responsible for editing translations when requested by the customer. 

(*) Set a sufficient customer ratio to allow you to accept jobs/projects that are in accordance with your skills and expertise.

 
Additional guides
• Process documents and content according to customer’s requirements. Adhere to the agreed terms and strive to create a product that is free from defects, even in the face of unforeseen problems.
 
• Try to resolve any disputes directly between the involved parties, without unjustifiably criticizing other professionals and companies or their work.
 
• Comply with legal obligations and strive continuously to improve professional skills and take advantage of opportunities for industry-wide growth.
