I am a 41-year-old married man based in Benin Republic. I have 20 years of experience in English-French/French-English Translation. I am currently the co-founder and CEO of a language and marketing services company in Benin (www.lmsgroupafrica.com) and an Associate Member of the American Translators Association (ATA). Besides, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Studies from the University of Abomey Calavi (Benin), and a Certificate in English/French Translation from MCIS Language Solutions (Canada). I also have a dual citizenship (Benin, a French speaking country; and Ghana, an English speaking country) which has significantly contributed to my career as a professional translator. Based on the appropriate tools I use, I can translate between 2,500 and 3,500 words a day. I mainly use Matecat and Trados 2019. I don't mind working on weekends and holidays whenever required.
